This policy explains what information novacarpentry.com/ collects when you use it and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a free estimate request or a contact message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number and email address, and, if you choose to give them, the service you are interested in, the area of your project and a message. We also record which page of the site the request came from.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request and to talk with you about your project. Requests are saved on this website, where only the site administrators can see them, and are emailed to us.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out, the site checks that the form was filled in by a person and limits how many requests one connection can send in an hour. For this limit the site briefly keeps a scrambled code made from the connection address. It is not saved with your request.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page.
Who else sees your information
The website is hosted by GoDaddy, and your request passes through our hosting and email services on its way to us. [EDIT] Add any other service that receives form data.
How long we keep it

You can ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by writing to info@novacarpentry.com or calling (856) 266-6522.
